Neither we nor any third-party lender will retain any original or electronic documents beyond the regulatory requirements. This applies to all notifications, disclosures, and documentation. All original and electronic information, disclosures, and documentation will be routinely destroyed, in accordance with regulatory requirements, after the designated period. Records may be stored electronically through imaging, scanning, filming, or other approved technology. Such storage will be secure. These records shall be recognized and admissible for all purposes to prove the agreements, rights, and obligations of the parties. We will retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
